Where wine meets emotion

Wine Tasting Centre “Vin Select” — Veliko Tarnovo grew out of one large ambition: to show the world the unfeigned character of Bulgarian wine culture. For us the glass is never simply a drink. It is a story about the land, about tradition, and about the quiet passion you can taste in every sip.

Our philosophy. We believe wine is an experience — a conversation between flavours, aromas and memories. That is why we bring not only knowledge but emotion to every tasting, turning your visit into a memory that stays with you. Our aim is to awaken your curiosity: for Bulgaria’s own grape varieties, for the local terroir, and for the makers who craft liquid treasures in their cellars.

“The New Vineyards”, Arbanasi

In the heart of historic Arbanasi, within a UNESCO-protected area, we brought “The New Vineyards” to life. There, in the quiet of the countryside, we are building a bridge between the traditions of our forebears and modern oenology. This is where your wine tasting takes place.

One oenologist. One family. One cause.

Behind all of it stands the oenologist Stanimir Stoyanov. Though his career has carried him to the chair of the Union of Oenologists in Bulgaria and onto prestigious international juries, wine remains a calling for him rather than simply a career. Beside him stands his family — his support in the mission of bringing Bulgarian wine to international markets.

Stanimir Stoyanov

“Good wine is not made to a recipe, it is made by feel. My job is simply to listen to what the land is telling me and to pour it into your glass — pure, and from the heart.”
