As a professional oenologist, President of the Union of Oenologists in Bulgaria, and a distinguished member of international wine juries, Stanimir is far more than a winemaker; he is a global Ambassador of Wine. His expertise in sensory evaluation and professional grading is recognized at the highest levels of the industry.
Coinciding with the opening of our tasting center, we began the cultivation of "The New Vineyards" in the historic village of Arbanasi. Situated just 3 km from the medieval capital Veliko Tarnovo, our vineyards lie within a UNESCO-protected area, blending ancient history with contemporary oenology.
